The glass coating line designed by our technical team consists of three process areas: a washing machine to clean the product, a coating machine for colouring and finally the oven area to dry the finished product.

The glass coating line designed by our technical team consists of three process areas: a washing machine to clean the product, a coating machine for colouring and finally the oven area to dry the finished product.

  1. Horizontal washing machine with demineralized water: stainless steel tank and structure
  2. Coating machine with three independent speeds and motorized drive uni
  3. Continuous oven with adjustable speed roller conveyor and independent temperature control over and under the glass sheet.


All the machines are connected with control systems, operating logics and alarms.

The operating temperatures, obtained by sets of electrical resistances, or indirect heat exchangers powered by gas, natural gas or fuel oil burners, are in a range from 80°C to 200 °C.
