INDUSTRIAL TUNNEL FURNACE WITH ROLLER CONVEYOR

The SDD model - tunnel furnace suitable for sintering diamond discs - carries out the treatment in a controlled atmosphere of nitrogen.
The base of the tunnel, for handling the product to be treated, is equipped with a roller conveyor constructed with very thick pipes with robust mechanical handling.
The thermal phase takes place via sets of electric resistances positioned uniformly on the walls of the tunnel.
Processing stages:

1. load
2. washing/preheating chamber
3. treatment chamber
4. pressing for sintering
5. cooling.

• Electronic adjustments of temperature through static power relays with the possibility of programming and data logging.
• Door opening: with counterbalanced guillotine with servo-assisted handling system.
