The ventilated chamber furnace PEV is a metal construction with walls of stainless steel sheet. Designed to meet preheating and annealing needs in metallurgy, thanks to its versatility, it is used also for plastic and chemical applications (drying, ageing, softening and polymerizations).
The ventilated chamber furnace PEV is a metal construction with walls of stainless steel sheet. Designed to meet preheating and annealing needs in metallurgy, thanks to its versatility, it is used also for plastic and chemical applications (drying, ageing, softening and polymerizations). The range of "VEP" furnaces features two temperature ranges: up to 200°C and the model that reaches 400°C.
Heating is obtained with sets of electrical resistances placed in series in the air circuit.
We propose versions for closed or open loop with horizontal or vertical split currents while forced air circulation takes place by means of special fans for high temperatures.
If required, precision instrumentation that will allow the control of the cooling cycle can be installed.
