The electric resistances are positioned in a homogeneous way on the furnace walls to obtain in an indirect manner the electric heating of the chamber.
Flue gas evacuation will be completed through the passage in a stack that will allow, if required, the direct connection to the post combustor chamber.

Cleansing treatment
The FLUIDAL system consists of a cleansing tank in stainless steel containing alumina AL2O3 immersed in an electric furnace with indirect heating.
The fluidized aluminium oxide is not poisonous; water, oil or other fluids do not cause explosive reactions.
The FLUIDAL system allows to completely clean the encrusted parts regardless of their shape or size, is completely harmless for the user and does not damage the material to be treated.
The fluidification air preheated in the interspace, enters the tank through a diffusion plate on the bottom of the furnace.
The cleansing process during which the organic material gasifies starts at about 500°C.
The duration of the process depends on the amount of polymer and the number and diameter of the holes to be cleaned (minimum 4 hours).
The particle size of the alumina will be about 60/150 mesh; the parameter to be used will vary depending on the type of cleansing to be performed.
The system requires a compressed air system with pressure regulator. 0.5 to 1.5 bar pressure depending on the handling requirements of the alumina.
