INDUSTRIAL VENTILATED CHAMBER OVEN

To complete the "PT" product range, furnaces for polymers, CTM introduces the PPT model, able to pre-sinter PTFE powder in particular, but also suitable for sintering of other synthetic polymers.
The external metal structure is obtained using stainless steel sheets forming the heat absorbing, high thickness sandwich and the interspace for air circulation.
Sets of electric resistances, positioned in the air circuit, with low surface load and high exchange power determine the heating of the furnace chamber while special fans for high temperatures control its circulation.
The processing cycle can be realized in closed or alternatively semi-closed version with horizontal split currents.
As regards the door opening system, as for the model MBT, it is possible to choose between the hinge system or counterbalanced guillotine door with manual or servo-assisted handling system.
